Francesca Davy Yoga’s Beginner Yoga Course runs for 4 weeks with the option to continue for a further 2 weeks.
Classes will be filmed so that you can catch up or revise lessons from the comfort of your own home.
Class size is limited to a maximum of 8 students ensure all students receive help with alignment and to maintain COVID-safe practice.
