4 Week Introduction to Yoga Techniques and Basic Knowledge  

Yoga style: Hatha / Gentle Flow / Pranayama  

- Correct alignment 

- Breathwork 

- Relaxation techniques 

- Individual support 

- Accompanied by Online Resources 

- Beginner knowledge 

Francesca Davy Yoga’s Beginner Yoga Course runs for 4 weeks with the option to continue for a further 2 weeks. 

Classes will be filmed so that you can catch up or revise lessons from the comfort of your own home.  ​

Class size is limited to a maximum of 8 students ensure all students receive help with alignment and to maintain COVID-safe practice.  

Find your stillness, increase your strength, connect with your self, calm your nervous system, promote healthy sleep and wellbeing.
