Tuesday Mornings @ The Base

Cost: $15 casual (10 class pass for $100)

Perfect for retirees and people wanting to age with strength but it's also suitable for anyone looking for a regular practice that promotes overall wellbeing.

Classes are limited to a maximum of 12 people. The venue is a beautiful light-filled room that feels like a little oasis in the heart of Newcastle's bustling office district.

Wednesday Mornings @ The Star 

Time: 9.30 - 10.45 am

 

Yoga style: Hatha / Gentle Flow / Pranayama

Location: The Star Hall corner of Valencia & Villiers St, Mayfield

​​​

Cost: $10, casual & regular attendance but please phone before your first visit.

​

This class has been going for about 4  years.  It is a very welcoming group and first-timers will soon feel like they have a  circle of like-minded friends.

 

Blokes welcome too!

This class appeals to Yogis over 40 y.o who are looking for flexibility, strength, a sense of calm and a sense of belonging (Sangha).

​

Class size is limited to ensure all students receive help with alignment.

​

Yoga style: Yang/Yin
