Refund & Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change, and we do our best to be fair while also honouring the preparation that goes into each retreat.

 

Payments
● A deposit of $200 is required to secure a retreat booking
● Full payment is due 8 calendar weeks prior

 

Retreats and Events – Cancellation by You

Our deposit and refund policies are necessary to meet our costs and continue to provide our valuable services and maintenance. We really appreciate your support adhering to them.

  • All deposits are non-refundable.

  • Tickets are not transferable between guests. 

  • Tickets and deposits can be transferred between events so long as notice is given of more than 6 weeks prior to the event.

  • Cancellations/Refunds:
    ○ From 12 - 8 calendar weeks prior*: 75% of payment (less deposit) will be refunded
    ○ From 8 - 6 calendar weeks prior*: 50% of payment (less deposit) will be refunded

    ○ From 6 - 4 calendar weeks prior*: 25% of payment (less deposit) will be refunded
    ○ Less than 4 calendar weeks prior*: No refund

 

Retreats and Events – Cancellation by Us

  • In the unlikely event that we need to cancel or postpone an event, you will receive a full refund of any payments made.

  • We are not responsible for any other expenses incurred.

  • Confirm and manage your retreat booking

  • Contact you with updates or important information about the retreat you’ve booked

  • Communicate logistical information (e.g., directions, what to bring)

  • Share health and dietary requirements with our chef or facilitators as needed

  • Send occasional updates, retreat announcements, and early bird offers via email

  • Contact you by phone if necessary in the lead-up to your booked event

You will only receive promotional emails if you’ve opted in to our mailing list. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link provided in each email.

 

How Payments Are Handled

We do not accept payments through this website. All payments are made via direct bank transfer to Francesca Davy’s account. No banking or credit card details are collected or stored online.

 

Third-Party Services

  • Wix hosts this website and manages user accounts (where applicable). Wix’s Member Area allows you to log in, manage your profile, or update your information. See Wix’s Privacy Policy for more details.

  • Google Forms is used to securely collect retreat-related health and dietary information. Access is limited to authorised facilitators only.

  • Email marketing is conducted via a secure provider, and your data is not shared or sold.

 

Data Storage and Security

We store personal information securely and only for as long as necessary to support your retreat participation or maintain communication as part of our community. Access to health and dietary forms is restricted and securely deleted after each retreat.

 

Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Request access to the personal data we hold about you

  • Correct or update your information at any time

  • Withdraw from the mailing list

  • Request deletion of your information (subject to record-keeping requirements)
