About The Event
Start with a meditation and a gentle yoga movement class to get your body and mind ready for the workshop. Then use the class's energy to draw from as we create the vision for what we want our lives to look like in a post-Covid 19 world.

Tickets include materials, healthy refreshments and tea.
Try and have 1 hour of no food before you attend - it's not good to have food in your belly when you do a yoga class.
