We are managing all dates and retreats based on ongoing restriction and policy changes. If you have booked in for an event and the situation changes and we need to change the dates or cancel the event you will be given the option of a full refund or to be moved to the new dates.

Weekly Yoga Classes
Francesca's Yoga teaches a calming, flowing, classical style of Yoga that incorporates Asana (poses) Pranayama (breathing techniques) and mindfulness (stilling a busy mind).
Class sizes are strictly limited to ensure each student receives individual attention and modifications, if needed.
All classes are held in Newcastle NSW and are suitable for beginners to advanced Yogis.
Incorporated into each session is meditation to round out the rejuvenating effects of the physical practice.
Great for blokes who have been putting off trying yoga!
The Back to Nature Yoga and Meditation Retreats
Back to Nature Retreats are a great escape from the world, they provide time to reconnect with nature, create some mental space for quiet and are a great opportunity to make new friends.
Each retreat is different depending on the location and the time of year. They incorporate different combinations of Yoga – Hatha, Flow, Restorative, Yin and Meditation, hiking or swimming, and an on-site chef preparing delicious, healthy vegetarian meals and snacks.
