Who should attend this workshop?
Women – all Women!
Women who are noticing the occasional little “mishap” when coughing, laughing, sneezing, skipping or jumping on the trampoline with the kids/grandkids.
Women who love learning about their bodies, The Bandhas and all things Yoga.
In this 3-hour workshop we will begin with anatomy - lecture and discussion, followed by experiential movements to awaken your understanding of this often-ignored area.
After a light, healthy afternoon tea (provided) and a chance to chat with your fellow Yogis, we will workshop some popular asana with an emphasis on incorporating the pelvic floor muscles.
We will conclude our afternoon together with a beautiful meditation.
When: Sunday 21st November 2021. 2pm – 5pm
Where: The Yoga Room, upstairs @ The Base - Tudor st Newcastle
Cost: $75pp or early bird special of $65 pp (book by November 7th )
Price includes Yoga props, and a scrumptious healthy afternoon tea.

Francesca's Yoga teaches a calming, flowing, classical style of Yoga that incorporates Asana (poses) Pranayama (breathing techniques) and mindfulness (stilling a busy mind).
Class sizes are strictly limited to ensure each student receives individual attention and modifications if needed.
All classes are held in Newcastle NSW and are suitable for beginners to advanced Yogis.
Incorporated into each session is a meditation to round out the rejuvenating effects of the physical practice.
Great for blokes who have been putting off trying yoga!
The Back to Nature Yoga and Meditation Retreats
Back to Nature Retreats are a great escape from the world, they provide time to reconnect with nature, create some mental space for quiet and are a great opportunity to make new friends.
Each retreat is different depending on the location and the time of year. They incorporate different combinations of Yoga – Hatha, Flow, Restorative, Yin and Meditation, hiking or swimming, and an on-site chef preparing delicious, healthy vegetarian meals and snacks.
